It would do a lot for your brand to get a handle on your automated email schedule because this is the second robo-email I’ve received that was irrelevant. I haven’t even gotten a notification that the item I ordered long over a month ago has been completed or shipped yet and I’m getting multiple requests for reviews. BIG disconnect between item’s production progress and the customer feedback situation. You seem like way too small a company to have such a communication disconnect.
